Shipping & Policies
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. Shipping rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Your package will be sent via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

USPS Priority transit times vary per state, but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. During busy season USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.

DAMAGED PACKAGE
We carefully package all purchases, but sometimes things happen during transit. While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages we will work with you to remedy the situation. Please email proof of damage of your product and package to theyokecollection@gmail.com with your order number. Once reviewed we will determine if eligible for replacement.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE
Please be aware we are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered but it appears that package may have been lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier within 24-48 hours if you received confirmation that your order is delivered but did not receive the package.

RETURN/REFUND
Products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. You will responsible for all shipping costs and label. Sale items can not be returned. To be eligible for a return, please be sure that:
- Product was purchased in the last 14 days
- Product is in its original packaging
- Product has not been lit/used or damaged.
